Students created rube goldberg projects from various items that we had around the classroom. The students had to display 3 energy transfers in their projects and draw and explain the design. The materials that are used can vary and though most groups did their projects on large plank boards the machines do not have to stand in that position.
Materials:
Hacksaw, Electric Drill, Plank Boards, Long Wood Board, Glue Guns, Glue sticks, tennis balls, dominos, plastic cups, marbles, play doh, nails, yarn
